Housing rights seminar
The Independent Living Center of the North Shore and Cape Ann will hold a seminar, “Housing Rights in Salem: Fair Housing Laws and Dealing with Discrimination,” Monday, Jan. 31, 2-4 p.m. at the Beverly Cooperative Bank Community Room, 73 Lafayette St., Salem.
Salem residents who have disabilities and other individuals who would like to know aboutfederal and state fair housing laws and about housing discrimination are welcome to attendthis seminar.
Presenters for this forum will be Kamaria Carrington and Ann Seligsohn, fair housingspecialists from the Fair Housing Center of Greater Boston. Other housing rightsinformation will also be available. Come prepared with your questions.Light refreshments will be served.
